hi, got your message, when i ordered something i got an email from them saying they received the order, then i got another one in a day or 2 saying it was delivered, meaning it was on its way, it took about 3 weeks for the prizes to get to me! if you havent gotten an email from them you should be able to check your status on your acct in here to see if it says pending, or delivered etc... if not email them and see if they got it! i said it would be cool if you could use some points to level up, and people not seeing happens to someone almost every night, try rebooting the whole machine!
